For Small End of the School Year Orders Production Time is 7 to 10 Days Once the Order Confirmation is Approved for Production.
If Placing a Large End of the School Year Order Production Time is 14 to 17 Days Once the Order Confirmation is Approved for Production!

How to place your order with us:
- For repeat orders email us providing your prior order number or contact information along with updated order details.
- For new orders view our website selection & email us with your contact information, style number, quantity along with your engraving information provided in a copy and paste format. Once we receive this we will send you the order confirmation for review and email approval back with us.
- If using the Product Inquiry feature for sending us your order details please follow up with an email providing your engraving as the Product Inquiry does NOT have a spot for engraving.
- Feel free to come into the store during our In-Store showroom hours to view our limited showroom selection to start your order process. We will be able to assist with beginning your order with us from there we will email you with the order confirmation for you to finalize the order details required such as your emailed engraving information.
Engraving / Artwork Requirements
- Here at Crown Newark we pride ourselves in accuracy for every order. In order for us to be able to provide you with the best, all text engraving is required to be emailed in a copy and paste format such as typed in the body of email, typed in an attached Word Document or typed in an attached Excel Spread Sheet.
- We do not accept text engraving Screen Shots, Images or Scans.
- Artwork is required to be emailed to us, we accept those attachments as PDF, JPEG or Eps Files. Once we receive the artwork we will be able to make sure the format is usable.

Delaware State Mini
Crown Newark has been the Proud Supplier of the Delaware State Championship awards for 18 years. We are Happy to be able to provide the 12" State Mini for recognizing Individual & Team Championships along with Past Championships and Placing for Athletes, Coaches, Team Personnel, School Administrators, Alumni and Fans.

Personalization
The State Mini can be personalized with Athlete's name, #, position, weight class. As well as Coach, Team Personnel and School Administrators name & title. They can also be done with no personalization. We always recommend having the School Name on the bottom base plate with the sport designation.
Cost & Order Time Frame
The State Minis are $57.00 each and orders of 10 or more at $52.00 each. We always have them in stock, for small quantity orders time frame would be 7 to 10 days once the order is approved for production. For orders of 30 or more time frame could be 21 to 28 days once the order is approved for production.
How to Order
Please email us at 91@crownnewark.com with Customer Name, Cell #, School Name and Personalization details. Orders can be for Store Pick Up or Shipping upon request with provided Shipping Address which shipping charges will be determined once packaged.
Individual & Team Orders
Individual - Provide us the Year, Sport Designation, School Name and the desired Personalization for the State Mini.
Team - Provide us the Year, Sport Designation, School Name and the desired Personalization in a Copy & Paste format such as an attached Word Doc or Excel Spreadsheet for the State Minis.
Past Championship & Placing Orders
Past - Provide us the Year, Sport Designation, School Name and the desired Personalization for the State Mini.
Placing - We are able to provide the State Mini for 1st, 2nd, 3rd placing for Cross Country, Indoor Track, Wrestling, Swimming, Golf, Tennis, Track & Field as well as State Runner-Up.
